Confederate Cowboy Member of White Supremacist Group

Jason Van Dyke, a Confederate sympathizer, and legal adviser of the hate group Young Americans for Freedom-MSU, has been tied to white supremacist group Council of Conservative Citizens (formerly "White Citizens Council")

This comes after earlier reports of MSU-YAF chair Kyle Bristow's ties to the white supremacy movement.

The connection of Van Dyke to the group can be found in Council of Conservative Citizens Facebook group. Jason Van Dyke is a member of this group.

According to the group
, as a member Van Dyke has committed himself to certain beliefs. The beliefs below are from the Facebook group (emphasis author's own)
Statement of Principles
written by Sam Francis

The American men and women who make up the Council of Conservative Citizens (CofCC) believe in, commit themselves to, and pledge to work for and support these fundamental principles of American civilization, liberty, justice, and national safety:

(1) We believe the United States is a Christian country.

(2) We believe the United States is a European country and that Americans are part of the European people.

(3) The United States is a sovereign and independent nation.

(4) The United States is a constitutional republic.

(5) We believe in States’ Rights, the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and the Bill of Rights.

(6) The traditional family is the basic unit of human society.

(7) Private property and free enterprise are the foundations of our economy.

(8) Cultural, national, and racial integrity.

(9) A Strong National Defense.

(10) America First Foreign Policy.

(11) America First Trade Policy.

(12) Traditional Education under Local Control.

(13) Strong and Just Law Enforcement.

(14) Protection of the Environment and Natural Heritage.
On it's website the Council of Conservative Citizens does not list any chapters in Texas (where Van Dyke finished up his undergraduate degree after being expelled by Michigan State University and currently lives) or Florida (where he went to law school). It does, however, have a Michigan chapter.

Jason has admitted to previously own copies of such racist and anti-Semitic books as The Turner Diaries and Protocols of the Elders Zion. He claimed the books were used for research for a class.

Jason Van Dyke also posted online about his desire to paint an anti-gay portrait of Representative Barney Frank.

Of course, I am willing to keep an open mind on this subject - since that is what those who support the worthless faggots who created this painting really want - so I think I am going to create my own painting. Since the gay rights community doesn't have a prominent nationally known leader, I am going to paint a portrait portraying Barney Frank being lynched. I am going to title my painting something like "AIDS Isn't The Only Thing That Cures Fags" or something like that. If pictures such as the one described in that article pass for art, I am sure that the gay community will show my painting the same kind of tolerance.
Despite the overwhelming evidence against YAF and his own association with the Council of Conservative Citizens, Van Dyke maintains YAF is not a hate group.

As of my writing this, everything Jason Van Dyke esq has written for the spartan spectator has been taken down.

Interesting.
