Kyle's Infamous ASMSU Campaign Platform

Kyle Bristow became the first member of the Associated Students of Michigan State University (ASMSU), MSU's student government, ever to be recalled from office. This is the platform on which he ran.

"Kyle Bristow is a man persecuted for standing up for traditional values. A recall petition has been issued against Bristow in an effort to remove him from his elected seat in the Associated Students of Michigan State University (ASMSU) governing body. Kyle's platform is one that the majority of Americans agree with:

1. Eliminate funding for all non-heterosexual organizations. It is not right for ASMSU to be funding advocacy groups. Also, the non-heterosexual organizations promote beliefs that I do not support and spread AIDs.

2. Eliminate representation to ASMSU for all of the following groups: Culturas De Las Razas Unidas, Alliance of LBGT Students, Arab Cultural Society, Asian Pacific American Student Organization, North American Indigenous Student Organization, Black Council, International Student Association, and the Women’s Council. These groups are also advocacy groups. If they are not ended, we must not discriminate against the groups that advocate the opposite of what these groups promote. Therefore, if we choose not to eliminate the Culturas De Las Razas Unidas, then we need to create a pro-America group. If we choose not to eliminate the LBGT, then we must create a pro-straight club. If we choose not to eliminate the Arab Cultural Society, North American Indigenous Student Organization, and the Asian Pacific American Student Organization, then we should create a European-American Cultural Society. If we choose not to eliminate the Black Council, then we must create a White Council. If we choose not to eliminate the International Student Association, then we should create a Nationalist Student Association. If we choose not to eliminate the Women’s Council, then we must create a Men’s Council. ASMSU reps should assure that equality is maintained at ASMSU.

3. Allow a Christian organization to be represented on ASMSU. If we choose not to eliminate the other advocacy groups, then I believe that it is important to the students of ASMSU that Christians be given representation. The Muslims (Arab Cultural Society) are already represented.

4. Put a US Flag in every classroom and lecture hall on campus. Spartans are proud to be citizens of the greatest nation on earth and a US flag in every room and lecture hall on campus is important to them.

5. Reduce the amount of taxes ASMSU gets from the students. ASMSU is as of now, corrupt and changes
need to be made. Some of ASMSU’s fiscal stupidity can be seen through their:

1. Paying Joe Carr to come to campus to speak. He openly supports the insurgency in Iraq, supports
Palestine (the same country that voted Hamas into power and Hamas has declared that they will finish the
Nazi’s Final Solution). Joe Carr also blatantly supports the Animal Liberation Front, a terrorist group
that has attacked MSU in the past. Visit Joe Carr’s website as http://www.LovinRevolution.org

2. Used Taxpayer’s money to buy pizza and pop for the representatives of ASMSU.

3. Paid the terrorist group BAMN (By Any Means Necessary) to come to campus to speak.

6. ASMSU needs to change the MCRI decision that the reps made last year. Supporting race preferences is a racist policy and ASMSU should be better than that.

7. Spend tax money to bring conservative speakers to campus. If the other advocacy groups are getting representation and funding, then the College Republicans, Young Americans for Freedom, and Students for Life should receive funding as well.

8. Force the Planned Parenthood on Grand River Ave. to leave. Planned Parenthood is a scourge to the Michigan State community.

9. Encourage Michigan State University to put a link to the Michigan Sex Offender Registry on their website. If this doesn’t reduce rape, then we should remove all sex offenders from the MSU community. This would include both students and faculty.
